Has the UK capped immigration?
This is what the Prime Minister David Cameron said at the Conservative Party conference recently, as reported by the BBC here. The only problem is that, well, the truth is a bit complicated.

The only way we can truly cap immigration is with the points system employed by the aussies.
Perhaps we should also be encouraging people to accept the overwhelming benefits of immigration?
